My leadership experience stems across decades and many IT disciplines. The companies I have worked for are noted on my resume which reflect the specifics.

My friends, colleagues and family deserve the credit for the many success stories along the way. It is humbling how the technology to support businesses has evolved and staying up-to-date is of ultimate importance.

It gives me great pride to reflect on the accomplishments of the past and the hard work and dedication of the achievements. My recent endeavors and education have enabled both experience and the art of the possibility with cloud and innovative technologies.

 
Below are a few highlights and breadth of my work experiences.
 
Started many new technology challenging efforts with great success:
  • Custom web and mobile online product and ecommerce systems.
  • Internet, company portal integrations to improve communications, processes and eliminate paper.
  • Implemented Mobile technologies enabled 15K associates and internal processes to go paperless and improve lead times.
  • Initiated OOB development, Web and standards to improve integration, effectiveness and pervasiveness of cost out and revenue growth applications.
  • Proved the development and sustainability of a Data Warehouse with Agile approaches and scalability to quickly meet business needs.
 
Collaboration and Partnership with business on ERP and business applications:
  • Developed strategic roadmaps that aligned IT to the business with benefits and a multi-year financially approved initiative list.
  • Provided process, education, coaching and mentoring for data and technology with data quality stewards, business analysts, project managers, business leads & officers.
  • Evaluated and selected Integrators for ERP, Data Management, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain in support of business transformation.
  • Evaluated, selected and provisioned software, hardware and platforms in support of business initiatives.
 
Improve Service Management and Operational Infrastructure:
  • Developed strategic roadmaps to achieve productivity improvements and improve customer service and SLA adherence.
  • Implemented virtualization capabilities on-premise and in the AWS, Azure and Abacus Cloud environments to improve cost, performance and scalability.
  • Business Continuity stabilization, risk mitigation and business recovery SLA's in minutes
  • Telephony renewal with SIP forwarding and collaboration tool enablement for cost savings.
